1. Uptime Commitment

We commit to 99.9% uptime per month, excluding scheduled maintenance and force majeure events.

2. Support Availability

  • Support is available Monday–Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM (UTC).
  • Support channels: email, chat, and helpdesk.

4. Scheduled Maintenance
