Data Processing Agreement (DPA)
1. Purpose
This Data Processing Agreement governs how we collect, process, and store personal data on behalf of Users using BrandingCat.com.
2. Definitions
- Data Controller: You, the customer.
- Data Processor: BrandingCat.com.
- Personal Data: Any information relating to an identified or identifiable person.
3. Scope of Processing
We process personal data only to provide our services. We will not process data for any other purpose unless instructed in writing.
4. Security Measures

5. Subprocessors
We may engage subprocessors. A list is available upon request. We ensure all subprocessors comply with this Agreement.

- Right to rectify.
- Right to erase.
- Right to data portability.
7. Breach Notification
In case of a personal data breach, we will notify you without undue delay, including all relevant details for your reporting obligations.
8. Data Retention and Deletion
Upon termination, we will delete or return all personal data unless legal obligations require its retention.
