End-User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Overview

This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal contract between you (the "User") and BrandingCat.com ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") for the use of our SaaS-based social listening software (the "Software").

2. License Grant

• We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software under your account.
• This license is only for business use aligned with our service offerings.

3. Restrictions

• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Software.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of our Software.
• Use the Software to create a competing product or service.

4. Ownership

All rights, title, and interest in the Software remain with BrandingCat.com. This license does not convey any ownership rights to you.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your license if you breach this Agreement or use the Software for prohibited purposes.

6. Warranty Disclaimer

The Software is provided "as is" without any warranties. We disclaim all implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
